New Home
Due to internet problems and trying to juggle several blogs at once, please find the new home of The Fashion Lover at http://thefashionloverblogging.wordpress.com. See you on the other side, and keep following!
We're Watching You
I literally love this so much! Trust River Island to make something quirky and cute. Buy it for £16 and wear with skinny jeans and a blazer. Nothing can beat a masculine theme with this Tee because it just screams style. I'm so in love I can't write anymore, I just have to get it.

The Last Summer Burst
Who else roasted their little socks off today? So, to celebrate this last flare of summer, I had a rummage in Warehouse's sale stock. Okay, so you might not wear them until next summer, but for £12, how can you resist a cute pair of floral shorts!? I'm seeing white top and gladiator flats. Go on, you know you want to. Don't give up on the sun just yet!
Add Some Glam
No one quite does glamorous on the highstreet like French Connection. So, for this post, who else could I choose!? I saw this in the window of one of their shops and instantly fell in love. It feels a little Grecian and a lot bling. Go super-simple everywhere else because the embellished neckline is more than enough. It's a little more expensive than usual - £220 - but that's French Connection for you, and I can guarantee they make their clothes worth every penny.

Coming up Roses
How cute are these jeans!? Courtesy of Asos.com, you can get these Motel jeans for £48. Wear just like the model - plain black top and black court shoes, and make them your statement piece. Remember, the higher the heel, the thinner the leg looks... although no one looks good falling over their own feet. Wear with confidence, and people will be looking for the right reasons.

Masculine Edge
When Autumn sets in, nothing beats crisp lines with a masculine feel to stay smart whilst wrapping up. Try these New Look trousers, £24.99, with a sheer blouse, tailored blazer and some brogues. If you're feeling extra adventurous, add a bowler hat tilted back on your head and a slick of red lips. Keep jewellery to a minimum, and if you can find a chunky watch, even better.

Animal Magnetism
So, after my seemingly innocent comment on Facebook about my leopard print boots, I have been inundated with requests to see them. In true style, I will never let that many requests go unnoticed, and so here they are, my New Look leopard print ankle boots. They were £29.99, but snaffle them now for £19.99 and feel as smug as I do.
